Airbnb isn't good for tourism (how to use the platform the right way)

This statistic is insane. This past year, I found out that 6 out of 10 apartments in Venice are short-term tourist rentals, aka, Airbnbs and VRBOs. That means 60% of housing... is unavailable to people who actually live there.
